Position roles and responsibilities:

Expediting all required documentation to import/export the goods, dealing with the customs procedures and monitoring the whole process from the beginning until the final delivery at destination by shipping, aerial and terrestrial transportation.

Negotiation with the forwarder up to the final allocation for the import and the export of cargo.

Manage all operations related to import/export, take care of customs clearance and control the process up to the final delivery of the goods at destination by shipping, aerial and terrestrial transportation.

Supporting the financial department by the issuing of purchase orders, tracking the internal processes until the final payments of the logistic invoices.
2- LANGUAGES:
Spanish fluently
3- CAREER EXPERIENCE:
Demonstrable experience in a similar position in a similar position in companies in the engineering sector.
Over-dimensional freight transportation by truck experience
Experienced in the transport of over-dimensional goods by maritime transport, "Break bulk shipments".
4- COMPUTERS HABILITIES AND SOFTWARE:
Handling of Microsoft Office and software related to executing detailed tasks.
5- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
An immediate hiring is a requirement, so you should be a citizen of the European Union or a valid Work Permit to work in Spain.It would be an option for candidates who match the requirements of the job position, with enough experience on the duties exposed, and a real level certification on engineering, enable the procedure to obtain the residence permission in Spain and legal assistance to live and work on this country.
